1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Obligations

You are fully responsible for the security and activity of your bbd88 account. Account Accuracy

All information provided in connection with your account must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a false name, or the use of another person's identity or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Currency

bbd88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings are processed in BDT. There are no currency conversion steps and no hidden foreign exchange charges.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. bbd88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period, subject to notification to the registered contact method on file. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Technical Failures

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected game round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. bbd88 shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed by bbd88 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbd88's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bbd88 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
